Harriet's Hydra Horses

Harriet is a local Hydriot fluent in Greek and English with fully trained trekking horses with comfortable western style riding saddles. There are 8 treks to choose from according to your preferences and are available year-round. They include visits to various monasteries, churches, chapels and beaches.


Most beaches on Hydra are pebbled, with clear blue water and have beautiful green surroundings. Boats and sea taxis depart from the port to take you to your destination, while some beaches are also accessible on foot. Almost all beaches are organized, meaning they offer sun loungers and umbrellas for shade, and have cafés or restaurants nearby. Hydra walking tours

Your local tour leader-historian will be Maria who was born and raised in Hydra. There are 4 tours available: a short or grand walk, an art & architecture tour and a VIP tour. Maria will narrate the island’s history while taking you to visit museums, Historical mansions and different corners where the island pays tribute to artists and leaders.
